I’m on a roll here.

Two days with no “treats”. Meaning candy, pop, desserts. But I’m having a pretty intense craving for something sugary right now. Who has a fool-proof way of beating a craving?

  1. Three tips I’ve heard: go for a walk, eat when you’re hungry, take a hot shower. The first two seem like they may work but I’d be interested to see if the third one works!
